What We Offer

We understand the importance of positive mental health and provide counseling for adults, children, couples, and families. Whether through individual counseling or group counseling, our trained counselors assist with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, domestic violence, marital problems, adolescent self-esteem and self-harm, and trauma.

Youth and Adult Anger Management Program

Participants explore personal anger triggers and learn to respond appropriately through positive communication, conflict resolution, and anger reduction techniques. This 12-week program meets for one hour per week and costs $25 per class.

Healthy Relationships Program

This 24-week program teaches the consequences of abuse and domestic violence. Participants learn ways to handle conflicts and identify feelings and behaviors. Abuse victims may also contact the group facilitator to ask questions or report abuse. All calls are confidential. Classes are $25 each.

John School Program

Participants combat sex solicitation and human trafficking through education. Reflect on what drives your behavior, build self-control and healthier habits, learn to handle situations differently, and transform your thinking with support from others.

Shoplifting Program

This program provides a safe, non-judgmental space for participants to explore the underlying emotional, psychological, or situational factors that contribute to their actions. By offering a combination of educational resources, skill-building strategies, and therapeutic support, the program aims to reduce the incidence of shoplifting and promote healthier coping mechanisms.

Individual, Marriage, And Family Counseling

Faithful Foundations Therapy provides professional, confidential counseling to individuals, children, couples, and families. Licensed therapists use a variety of methods to help individuals and families cope with stress, marriage problems, anxiety, and depression. Play Therapy is one such method used to teach children to cope with trauma and safely express their feelings.

Our program provides practical tools, proven strategies, and expert guidance to help navigate the challenges of parenting while fostering strong, healthy family relationships.
