EMDR Therapy at Faithful Foundations

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and distressing life experiences. EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they lose their emotional charge and no longer feel overwhelming.
Effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and negative self-beliefs
Shorter-term treatment compared to traditional talk therapy
Focuses on healing both mind and body responses
At Faithful Foundations Therapy, EMDR is offered in a safe, supportive environment to help you move forward with greater peace, resilience, and freedom.
