Founder & Therapist
Millie Hillman
Hi, I’m Millie Hillman, a dedicated clinician with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and Substance Abuse from Lindsey Wilson College. With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages.
I approach my work with a compassionate, trauma-informed perspective, focusing on holistic healing to help individuals regain balance and fulfillment.
My expertise includes certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a specialized approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with emotional processing to reduce symptoms of PTSD and improve emotional regulation. I am also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which helps reshape unhelpful thought patterns related to trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a proven method for managing anxiety and depression, and Seeking Safety.
I provide Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), which emphasizes strengths and resources, creating actionable steps toward achieving goals while fostering a future-oriented approach that empowers personal growth.
Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re navigating the effects of trauma, building coping skills, or working toward a balanced life, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
